Troi Search are delighted to be working with a large client in the Health & Wellness space on a 9-month FTC, operating on a hybrid basis requiring 3 days per week on-site in their London office.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the customers mobile app, which is growing fast and on track to hit 1 million users in no time. You will own the strategy, development, and evolution of the customers digital experience, which is central to the customers core mission. Member experience, engagement, and new ways to support wellness journeys will be the key areas of focus.
What you’ll do:
- Own the app roadmap and prioritise features aligned with business goals and user needs
- Drive improvements across acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with engineering, design, ops, and commercial teams to ship high-quality features
- Use data, user feedback, and market insight to guide decisions
