Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with candidates to understand their specific needs, being a true partner to them in their job search
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates for specialist commercial/GTM roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from a candidate perspective, always ensuring their experience helps set our clients apart from their competitors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Expert in researching and providing market information and context

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with experience in either agency or in-house roles
  • Demonstratable experience in building talent pipelines against GTM requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in candidate and client networking
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Experience providing data based reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in influencing and driving change
  • Self motivated and able to manage own workload
