Our strategic-led approach to hiring in specialist tech and commercial roles is designed to save our clients time, money, and resources. Over the years, we've evolved from being pioneers in the market, learning from our mistakes along the way.
The Role
Troi are working with a Series A Fintech, looking to hire a Junior Product Manager to help drive the development of features on their proprietary platform. You'll be working with stakeholders, investors and internal commercial teams, looking at and analysing existing user behaviour to uncover opportunities and turn feedback into shipped features.
Responsibilities
- Handling external feedback and studying product analytics to identify key customer pain points.
- Engaging internal business stakeholders to capture further feedback and input for prioritisation.
- Prototyping features responding to pain points using AI tools, testing them with users and writing user stories for development.
- Running daily standups, sprint planning and sprint review, including building presentations.
- Working closely with engineers to deliver to production.
What are we looking for
- At least two years of relevant domain experience.
- An understanding of product management fundamentals, such as agile methodology, scrum artifacts and user story writing.
- Demonstrable experience applying AI in previous roles, whether that be prototyping or automating workflows.
- An appreciation and ideally experience of gathering product feedback, both via qualitative and quantitative methods.
- A strong underlying toolkit of core skills, such as numeracy and presentation.
- The appetite and initiative to make a big impact in an exciting but ambiguous Series A startup environment.
