As a Talent Partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to secure top talent and sharing your expertise to support their hiring processes. From one hire to one hundred, your insight will guide and shape our client’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt with our clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience on all sides.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide additional value in ad-hoc projects across the Talent function, including system analysis/implementation, HM training, process improvement and more.
