Your Mission
Troi is looking to expand its exceptional team with individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our continued success. As a talent partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure top talent and improve their talent function processes. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Sales & Marketing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly

- Proven experience in GTM recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO or in-house roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in candidate and client networking
- Experience in business development with a strong growth focused mentality
- Strategic and commercial awareness
- Innovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment marketplace
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
