After a recent successful placement with the same client, Troi Search are delighted to be working once again with this Technology company, that specialises in providing high-performance, sustainable GPU cloud infrastructure for High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads - in other words, provides the backbone that powers the surge in AI demand.
In this strategic leadership role, you’ll design and deliver a global data centre roadmap, scaling to multi-GW capacity to power next gen AI and HPC workloads.
What You’ll Do
- Define long-term data centre strategy and execution
- Secure large-scale facilities (25MW+) through innovative partnerships
- Negotiate deals, validate sites, and set technical standards
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO on creative funding models

What we’re looking for
- Deep expertise in data centre design, construction, and operations (electrical, mechanical, cooling, IT infrastructure).
- Strong technical knowledge of large‑scale AI/HPC deployments—power density, liquid cooling, high‑speed networking.
- Proven track record in hyperscale strategy and investment roadmaps (multi‑GW programs).
- Skilled in capacity planning, energy efficiency, sustainability, and resilience frameworks.
- Experience structuring innovative commercial deals—partnerships, co‑investment, alternative financing.
- Ability to source and secure large‑scale facilities (25MW+) through partnerships or development.
- Managed multi‑million‑pound projects and complex vendor relationships at executive level.
