Troi are recruiting a Front of House / Receptionist for a Financial Services Organisation based in the City of London. This role is office based 5 days a week and the working hours are 8.30 - 5.30 with occasional need for flexibility for special events.
Main Responsibilities:
- This role is a key position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
- This individual acts as the face of the company, handling reception duties and operational facilities while also ensuring smooth administrative processes behind the scenes.
Front Desk Reception:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Providing catering as necessary for guests, meetings and events.
Office Administration:
- Manage scheduling for meeting rooms and ensure technology is set up for meetings.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Be the point of contact for office-based facilities issues such as maintenance people.
Visitor and Employee Support:
- Ensure that visitors are comfortable, offering refreshments, and guiding them to their meetings.
- Assist employees with administrative requests, such as booking travel, expenses, coordinating meetings, and occasional off-site lunch meetings.
- Support with the induction of new joiners including preparing workspaces.
- Manage security passes for employees and visitors ensuring passes are disabled for leavers.
