Your Mission

As a Sourcing Lead at Troi, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure top talent and improve their talent function processes. Whether it’s one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients’ success stories.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with candidates to understand their specific needs, being a true partner to them in their job search
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates for specialist commercial/GTM roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from a candidate perspective, always ensuring their experience helps set our clients apart from their competitors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly
- Expert in researching and providing market information and context
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with experience in either agency or in-house roles
- Demonstrable experience in building talent pipelines against GTM requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in candidate and client networking
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Experience providing data based reporting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in influencing and driving change
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
