Your Mission
Troi is looking to expand its exceptional team with individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our continued success. As a talent partner at Troi, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure top talent and improve their talent function processes. Whether it’s one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients’ success stories.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Sales & Marketing.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in GTM recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO or in-house roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in candidate and client networking
- Experience in business development with a strong growth focused mentality
- Strategic and commercial awareness
- Innovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment marketplace
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Experience providing data based reporting

- Experienced in influencing and driving change
- Self motivated and able to manage own workload
