Project Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract

We’re searching for a dynamic, creative and organised individual with a passion for experiential marketing and retail, brand store/flagships. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with reduced risk products.

Job Overview
This particular role is dedicated to working with a Heated Tobacco brand.
As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting a Project Manager responsible for managing Tactical Retail field sales activities in Independent, Convenience and Grocery stores across the UK.
The role involves supporting the Project Manager, but you will also have your own tasks and responsibilities, which will include but not be limited to client servicing, internal TRO department and field staff collaboration and briefings, store planning, booking and scheduling, budget reconciliation, activity performance analysis and reporting.
Key Experience & Skills
- Excellent communicator. A good telephone manner and not being afraid to pick up the phone is essential.
- Highly organised.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Personable and presentable.
- Relevant industry experience is desirable.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Keen to learn and assist on a variety of project elements.
