We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Director with a drive for innovation and a hunger to make an impact, to join our Client Services team and support the Client Services Director leading the way fostering an environment of trust, openness and respect. It’s not the number of years’ experience that’s important; if you have a proven track record in Marketing, agency side Client Services, coupled with the skills to take on the role and share our passion to participate, then this is the role for you. A bit about the role:
- Account Management: Acting as the main point of contact for your clients you will be responsible for not only nurturing but also growing your client accounts. You'll act as brand guardian for your clients, ensuring consistency across multiple projects and will have a natural ability to establish long term, trusted relationships.
- Finance Management: We're looking for someone financially astute with demonstrable experience managing large scale budgets. You'll be adept at tracking, reporting and communicating between divisions utilising finance management platforms.
- Project delivery: This is a hands-on role that will see you responsible for owning the relationship with your clients whilst communicating delivery status reports across all divisions. You'll be intrinsically involved with creative concepting for projects and will ensure that the creative vision is brought to life through technical production. Candidates must come with a hands-on approach and be willing to get stuck into the nitty gritty of all live projects: live/virtual conferences, exhibitions, live broadcasts, live shows, parties, and consumer facing experiential campaigns.
- Business Development: Keeping yourself at the forefront of industry news and trends, you'll be able to spot opportunities for growth and take the lead with pitch delivery, creative development and will manage contractual negotiations.
- Team Leadership: You'll be responsible for leading and guiding a team of account handlers and instilling best practice ways of working. You’ll both manage and mentor, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development. As this position supports the CSD role at TRO, you might also be asked to provide advice and support to teams beyond your direct accounts.

- Background: Proven experience leading experiential teams covering a variety of sectors, within a marketing agency environment covering a variety of sectors, driving growth whilst ensuring operational excellence in delivery of end-to-end projects.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, manage and develop experiential teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Understanding of how experiential fits within an integrated marketing campaign and experience collaborating across inter agency programmes, translating client goals into actionable strategies and creative marketing campaigns.
- Client-Centric: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges proactively.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding client satisfaction and business growth targets.
