TRO is currently hiring a Regional Field Manager to join the team! Reporting into the TRO Account Director the Regional Field Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of a large scale logistics based branding campaign that covers several regions in the UK.
They will collaborate on best practices to uphold the standards of quality and compliance of the programme. They will provide the daily leadership for the team members assigned to them and maintain a strategic overview.
This position will include travel and weekend availability.

- Must have the ability to travel ~60% during peak times, based on varying workload and needs of the programs supported by Client Delivery
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experienced managing multi-market, large scale campaigns
- Experienced remotely supervising, managing, and developing teams performing various consumer engagement programmes
- Ability to travel for to assigned installation market locations
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate working mornings, nights, and weekends
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must pass screening checks including driver assessment on hire
