We’re searching for a dynamic, creative and organised individual with a passion for experiential marketing and retail, brand store/flagships. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with a Heated Tobacco brand.
It’s not the number of years’ experience that’s important; if you are passionate about experiential marketing, coupled with the skills to take on the role and share our passion to participate, then this is the role for you.

The Role
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for senior market clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage deliverables and expectations for a flagship project.
- Develop and maintain key project documents, including Critical Paths, Deliverables lists, and Creative Amendments trackers.
- Oversee and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to legal, creative, and production market compliance standards.
- Provide oversight for Scopes of Work (SOW), budget creation, and project direction.
- Develop creative guidelines and toolkits to align with client objectives.
- Collaborate on new client briefs and contribute to the creation and updating of proposals and presentations.
- Manage client billing processes and ensure budget alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in senior-level client management, preferably within retail, brand store, or pop-up environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and practices, including SOWs, budget creation, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience in developing creative and production guidelines/toolkits.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
- You love working in a fast-paced environment with lots of curve balls and last-minute surprises!
- First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events and experiential marketing is essential.
- Proven organisational skills along with solid IT skills (good knowledge of the Office Suite) are a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
