3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Hybrid Working pattern - 3 days a week in our Norwich Office, 2 days from home. We help build and grow brands in the real world by tuning into people’s passions and offering opportunities to drive and deliver the best.

We are looking for a talented Producer to lead and produce our new Activate Live service offering into TRO’s network, as well as PR stunts, pop-ups and activations for TRO direct clients. We expect you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role

  • This is a solution driven role, with a hybrid of Client Services and Production management needed.
  • We expect you to work at speed and be reactive to requests and changes.
  • You will need to be autonomous to find innovative solutions to a variety of briefs, overseeing the end-to-end production of multiple projects with new clients.
  • Manage both clients and partner agencies ensuring creative, production, commercial and operational goals are met.
  • Build and nurture existing and new relationships.
  • Work collaboratively directing cross-functional teams, including agency partners, freelancers, suppliers, and internal staff to execute projects effectively.
  • Partner with creative to develop innovative concepts and experiential solutions that engage the audience.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Oversee on-site production, including setup, delivery, and de-rig, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, capturing learnings for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • A high level of production knowledge, from concept to completion.
  • Flawless project management skills required, keeping changes of scopes and budgets for both the client and TRO commercial team.
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the experiential marketing landscape, audience engagement trends, and brand storytelling techniques.
  • Experienced working in fast-paced creative environments, working to tight deadlines and bringing a flexible approach to last minute requests.
  • Collaborative approach when working with our existing and new partners.
