So what will you be doing in this role? You will be a legal head-hunter focused on placing senior partner and associate talent to law firms across EMEA. As a head-hunter, you will be in a consultative sales role, where initially you will be approaching lawyers about new job opportunities through social media and telephone. Once you have mastered this, you will then start approaching law firms and building your own client base.
