This means you will be one of the business's first hires as it looks to grow to 200+ over the next five years. It is exceptionally rare to have the opportunity to join a business at the beginning, with plenty of leadership opportunities quickly in your career as the company grows.

- Founded in 2023 and currently 17 in size, they are looking to get to 30 by the end of the year
- Operating in renewable energy, specifically within wind in Europe
- The founder and leaders of the business have combined 15+ years of industry experience, with £1 million+ in their best year!
- Looking to replicate a larger recruiter with a global presence in the renewable energy sector
- Looking to add continuously year on year with huge growth potential
The Opportunity:
- Competitive base salary (£26k)
