We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist tech recruitment consultancy that’s at an exciting stage of growth. With a team of 13 and clear plans to scale, they’re looking to add an experienced consultant who enjoys being part of a close-knit, down-to‑earth environment where everyone has a voice.
This business works across some genuinely interesting areas of tech, partnering with companies in HealthTech, FinTech and Deep Tech – from digital health platforms and fintech innovators to cutting-edge deep tech and engineering‑led organisations across the UK and Europe. They offer an established platform and structure, so you can make an impact quickly.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll own your desk and build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll be trusted to run your market, while also being supported by a team that values collaboration and shared success.
- Recruiting across one of HealthTech, FinTech and Deep Tech roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief through to placement
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Using data and KPIs to understand what’s working and where you can improve
- Playing a hands‑on role in a business that’s actively scaling
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in technology recruitment (agency)
- Exposure to recruiting within tech markets (software, data, engineering, etc.)
- Comfortable working towards targets and using KPIs to track success
- Naturally relationship‑driven and commercially aware
- Down‑to‑earth, proactive and keen to grow with the business
