- Butlers

This is a genuine quality over quantity recruitment role. You'll work with an established, globally distributed client base, so there's no cold business development , and you'll be supported by a dedicated team of resourcers who manage candidate generation. That means you can focus on what you do best—building relationships, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and assessing personality, motivation and cultural fit to make exceptional matches.
We're looking for someone with 12–18 months+ recruitment experience in a professional or adjacent market. Private staff experience isn't required, but you'll need excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in understanding people.
