We’re partnering with a high-performing specialist recruitment firm within the insurance sector, currently looking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant or graduate to join their growing team. This is a business consistently averaging £250–£350k in monthly billings across a team of 15 consultants, supported by a strong brand, deep market presence, and a huge volume of live roles. The Opportunity
You’ll recruit across the UK and European insurance markets, specialising in broking and underwriting roles. The desk is more 270° than full 360°, allowing you to focus on delivery, relationships, and results rather than relentless new-business cold calling. There’s a heavy flow of live vacancies, established client relationships, and fees ranging from £6k up to £100k, depending on role and geography. Recruitment experience is ideal, but polish, credibility, and ambition are just as important.
