We are partnering with a fast-scaling, boutique tech recruitment business that is rapidly building a high-performing US-focused AI / ML desk. The business has already established strong traction in one of the most resilient areas of tech recruitment, partnering with high-growth startups and VC-backed companies across the US. This is a genuinely rare opportunity to join a platform with immediate live work, strong retained revenue, and a proven ability to convert social-led and community-driven BD into long-term client relationships.

- Proven success securing retained mandates directly from VCs and founders
- 11 retained search mandates available from day one

Role Options
- We are open to two operating models depending on experience and preference:
- 360 model – full ownership of business development, client management, and delivery
