We're working with a Manchester-based recruitment start-up specialising in high-end technology recruitment across the US market, and they're looking for ambitious people to join as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided.
About the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to identify and approach highly skilled technology professionals, build relationships with clients and candidates, and manage recruitment processes from initial conversation through to placement.
You'll be working with some of the most innovative technology companies and start-ups across the East and West Coast of the US.
The role is much more than simply finding CVs.
You'll be expected to understand complicated hiring requirements, speak confidently with senior stakeholders, influence decision-makers and manage multiple people through a recruitment process.
It's an opportunity to develop genuine sales, negotiation, relationship management and commercial skills early in your career.
