We are hiring five Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the renewable energy sector .
The business has grown from start-up to £25m turnover in just three years and now has a team of around 30 people. The majority of their work is focused on contract recruitment, with continued growth creating an opportunity for ambitious people to join the team at an exciting stage.
The opportunity As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you will learn the recruitment process from the ground up, working across candidate sourcing, business development, client management and vacancy delivery.
You'll work alongside experienced recruiters and receive structured training and support as you develop your own market, relationships and revenue.
The company is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are ambitious, competitive and serious about building a career in recruitment . Previous recruitment experience isn't required — the focus is on attitude, work ethic and the desire to progress.
There is a clear opportunity to move quickly into a fee-earning role and take on increasing responsibility as your performance develops.
What can you earn? The earning potential is a major part of the opportunity.
The current highest performers are earning around £60,000 , while two people have already reached £100,000 earnings in their second year .
