The role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you'll specialise in contract recruitment, connecting highly skilled technology and infrastructure professionals with businesses that need specialist talent for projects across the UK, US and international markets.
You will learn how to:
Build and develop your own candidate network
Speak to technical professionals and understand their experience
Identify and qualify suitable candidates for client requirements
Develop relationships with new and existing clients
Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
