Most graduate jobs talk about progression. This business can point to graduates who are already living it. We're currently representing a specialist technology recruitment firm with offices in London, Asia and the US. Operating across AI, Cyber Security, Data Centres and emerging technology markets, they've grown to around 100 employees and have built a reputation as one of the most successful businesses in their sector. They've been recognised by the Financial Times for growth and named by The Sunday Times as one of the UK's leading workplaces. More importantly, they have a track record of developing graduates into high-performing consultants and future leaders.

A graduate we recently placed into the business billed £18,000 in his third month, earning over £5,000 in commission. Their highest-performing consultant generated £130,000 in fees in a single month. Several leaders within the business joined as graduates, with examples of consultants progressing into management positions within 18 months and, in some cases, becoming shareholders.

The Opportunity

This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You'll be responsible for:

  • Winning and developing client relationships
  • Managing recruitment processes from end to end
  • Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
  • Building specialist market knowledge
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals

Unlike many graduate recruitment roles, you won't be building a desk from scratch. You'll join an established platform with existing client relationships, live vacancies and genuine opportunities to generate revenue early in your career, while still developing the skills required to become a successful 360 consultant.

Who They're Looking For

This opportunity is aimed at graduates and final-year students who are looking for a commercially focused career. You’ll ideally have:

  • A 2:1 degree or above
  • Evidence of achievement in sport, work, academics or another performance-driven environment
  • A competitive mindset
  • The resilience to perform in a target-driven environment

No recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your ability to demonstrate commitment, achievement and a willingness to learn.

Why This Business?

There are plenty of graduate recruitment opportunities in the market. Very few can offer:

  • Training from some of the industry's top-performing billers
  • A warm desk platform with established client relationships
  • Clear routes into management and leadership
  • Genuine shareholder opportunities
  • International relocation opportunities across London, Asia and the US
  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Regular incentives and rewards for high performers – including recent company trips to Ibiza
  • A business that promotes based on performance rather than tenure

This is a high-performance environment where ambitious graduates are given the tools, training and opportunity to build exceptional careers. If you've consistently pushed yourself in sport, academics or work and want a career where your progression and earnings reflect your performance, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
