The Opportunity
You will start as a researcher in a heavily candidateâfocused role, speaking with senior talent across Financial Services, Technology, and Insurance. You will be working in a team where graduates have progressed from entryâlevel to opening the US office within 4 years. Deal sizes typically range from ÂŁ50k to ÂŁ500k, with a recent placement generating a sixâfigure commission for one consultant.
