Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology Recruitment
We are currently partnering with a specialist technology recruitment consultancy focused on network engineering and infrastructure. Founded in 2014, they now have 90+ people across offices in London, Austin and Kuala Lumpur. They’ve been named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work three years running and listed twice in the FT 1000 as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
The role
You’ll join a specialist team covering one technology market and region, such as AI infrastructure, data centres, cyber security or enterprise networks. You’ll learn the technology, recruitment and sales together, and build your own market as a 360 recruiter.
Training and progression
- Trainee-only hiring and promotion from within. Everyone starts on a level playing field, and progression is based on attitude, work ethic and results.
- 100+ hours of structured training in your first few months, delivered by the leadership team and founders.
- An in-house learning platform with 70+ training videos and 100+ hours of content for ongoing development.
- A dedicated performance coach. It starts with a 1-2-1 before training, then moves to rookie workshops and live desk coaching on your calls.
- A structured two-year pathway, run much like a graduate scheme, with transparent promotion targets at every level.
- Monthly recognition awards, including Rookie of the Month, MVP and Top Biller.
- Room to build your own desk. Former trainees have gone on to build and lead new specialist teams.
