This is a firm operating at the top end of the executive recruitment market, working directly with founders, boards and senior leadership teams across Industrial, Energy and related sectors.
The work spans the full executive search proposition — C-suite and board appointments, senior leadership, succession, talent mapping and leadership advisory — across a broad range of functions, sectors and geographies.
And because it’s a boutique, you won’t be several layers removed from the people running the business. You’ll work directly with the founders and get client exposure quickly, while being involved throughout the search process.
