Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Property Sourcing Agent at TRM Property Solutions. The Property Sourcing Agent will be responsible for contract negotiation, purchasing, procurement, contract management, and property sourcing on a day-to-day basis.

• Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Purchasing and Procurement skills
• Experience in property sourcing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
