TRM is a blockchain intelligence company on a mission to build a safer world for billions of people. We tackle challenges ranging from human trafficking and financial fraud to terrorist financing, powering governments, financial institutions, and crypto companies when the stakes are high.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at TRM Labs, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and sales resources that empower our Account Directors and managers to execute with consistency and confidence. This hands-on role sits at the center of our GTM engine, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to equip sellers with the skills, tools, and messaging they need to succeed.

Impact you will have:

  • Support execution of TRM’s global sales enablement strategy and align with sales objectives.
  • Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience, coordinating sessions, building content, and managing readiness milestones to accelerate ramp for new sellers.
  • Create, update, and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training content in partnership with PMM, Product, and Sales Leadership—ensuring materials are accurate, current, and user-friendly.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and certification programs that reinforce core skills such as discovery, product knowledge, objection handling, competitive differentiation, and compliance/crypto-risk fundamentals.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot), improving organization, usability, and adoption across the field.
  • Track enablement program performance, collect feedback, and surface insights that drive continuous improvement in onboarding, readiness, and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure the sales team receives timely, aligned updates on product changes, messaging shifts, and GTM priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, or a related GTM support function—preferably in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new content, synthesize complex concepts, and translate them into simple, effective resources.
  • Demonstrated experience building or delivering onboarding and training programs for sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, sales intelligence platforms) and the ability to adopt and optimize new systems efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity, structure, and practical application.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for helping others develop their craft.

About the Team:

  • Fully remote, with asynchronous communication via Slack, Notion, and shared documentation.
  • Heavy use of Slack (text, voice notes, video messages) and participation in recurring cross-functional meetings.
  • Global team with at least 6 hours overlap with EST business hours; most collaboration occurs between 11 am–5 pm EST.
  • Occasional in-person collaboration for planning and connection.

Life at TRM:

We build to protect civilization. That promise shapes how we work every day. TRM runs fast: a high-velocity team that expects ownership, clarity, and follow-through. People who thrive here are inspired by hard problems, experimentation, and direct feedback. If work-life balance is your top priority, consider whether this pace fits your goals.

Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: putting customers first, driving speed, focus, and adaptability.

Master Craftsperson: prioritising speed, high standards, and distributed ownership.

Inspiring Colleague: valuing humility, candor, and a one-team mindset.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Drive critical investigations that cannot wait for typical business hours.
  • Ship products in days when others schedule months.
  • Partner with teams across time zones to deliver insights while the story is still unfolding.
  • Build new solutions from first principles when the playbook does not yet exist.
  • Protect victims and customers by tracing illicit activity and disrupting criminal networks.

Join our Mission: We look for people who want their work to matter, who build with speed and rigor, and who take pride in protecting others through their craft. If you’re excited by TRM’s mission but don’t check every box, apply anyway. We hire for slope, judgment, and the will to learn fast. Build to protect civilization. Let’s do it together.
