Experience of working within government decision making structures will be key. You will have proven credible engaging market presence (particularly on LinkedIn), reflecting your expertise and a well-developed network.

You will, with ease, demonstrate technical product knowledge into a clear value-add customer solution. For the Sales Lead within the Software business you will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of driving growth within enterprise software and/or SaaS Sales (ideally within roads or traffic management) within a high growth environment.
