You will have a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals, identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. Experience of working within government decision making structures will be key. You will have proven credible engaging market presence (particularly on LinkedIn), reflecting your expertise and a well-developed network. You will, with ease, demonstrate technical product knowledge into a clear value-add customer solution.
For the Sales Lead within Assets / Safety business you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of driving growth within the UK roads, highways and infrastructure sectors (specifically Highway agencies, DfT, and Tier 1 contractors). Your network should be already established particularly within the asset management, highways and transport sectors.
Experience of working within local government frameworks and timescales will be key, as will the ability to demonstrate your partnering within the tendering process. If you are a confident communicator who can influence decision-makers, work collaboratively, and bring a commercially astute and innovative approach, we'd love to hear from you.
