Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales - Account Management based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving customer expansion and retention across the EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Account Managers and own the operating rhythm that turns strategy into predictable revenue growth.
The role combines sales leadership, forecasting, pipeline management, strategic deal support, and people development.
You will work closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition Sales to improve customer outcomes and business performance.

- Accountabilities
- Lead the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Account Management organization, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, one-on-ones, deal coaching, and performance management.
- Own team revenue targets and develop a high-performing organization capable of delivering sustained customer expansion and retention.
- Coach and empower Senior Account Managers through structured feedback, career development, commercial coaching, and ongoing performance support.
- Provide hands-on support for strategic negotiations, key customer conversations, and complex deals, helping teams remove obstacles and accelerate revenue opportunities.
- Establish strong forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, account prioritization, and sales execution across the team.
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights, and communicate these findings to senior leadership through regular reporting.
- Build a culture centered on accountability, ownership, collaboration, resilience, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Existing Business leadership, or a similar commercial role, ideally within a B2B Saa S or technology environment.
- Proven experience leading quota-carrying sales teams, with responsibility for forecasting, pipeline management, performance coaching, and revenue attainment.
- Strong track record of developing high-performing Account Managers through coaching, feedback, and structured professional development.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to lead pricing, negotiation, deal strategy, and complex customer conversations.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and underlying business drivers through data.
- Experience defining, measuring, and presenting sales metrics and business performance to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to create pipeline rigor, operational discipline, and predictable revenue outcomes.
- Experience working with Salesforce and modern sales technology.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
