In this role, you will oversee the complete lead management lifecycle, ensuring seamless CRM operations and optimizing conversion processes from initial enquiry to consultation scheduling.

- Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize Go High Level (GHL) CRM workflows, including automation, tagging, custom pipelines, and integrations with external platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end lead conversion process, ensuring enquiries are effectively nurtured through consultation booking and follow-up.
- Create and distribute newsletters and lead nurturing campaigns to engage existing and historical prospects.
- Conduct proactive outreach to leads who have not scheduled consultations, assess qualification, and encourage conversion.
- Coordinate AI-scheduled consultations, assign appointments to the appropriate team members, and monitor outcomes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM workflow issues by collaborating with internal teams and third-party support providers.
- Track key sales and conversion metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase lead conversion and operational efficiency.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by providing guidance on CRM workflows, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Digital Marketing Support, or a similar operational role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM, including workflow configuration, automation, tagging, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and consultation booking processes.
- Experience with Practina or similar digital advertising and campaign management platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Strong project management mindset with the ability to coordinate workflows and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable performing client outreach via email, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Experience supporting service-based businesses such as legal, consulting, healthcare, or similar industries is considered an advantage.
