Our partner is looking for a Middle Marketing Data Analyst based in United Kingdom.
As a Middle Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll turn marketing and tracking data into actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
You’ll analyze user behavior across the entire marketing funnel, from visits and clicks through registrations and deposits.
The role combines hands-on data analysis with dashboard development, experimentation, and continuous optimization of marketing performance.
You’ll work closely with data engineers, web analysts, and business teams to improve data quality, reporting, and marketing data pipelines.

- Accountabilities
- Analyze data from tracking systems and other sources to understand user behavior across the full marketing funnel, including visits, clicks, registrations, and deposits.
- Investigate marketing performance data on request, identify meaningful trends and anomalies, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable visibility into funnel performance and help teams quickly identify issues and optimization opportunities.
- Support business teams in planning, launching, and analyzing experiments designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Apply statistical concepts and analytical methods to evaluate experiment results and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and web analysts to improve the collection, processing, and quality of marketing data from multiple sources.
- Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of marketing data pipelines and analytical workflows.
- Help ensure that reporting and analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and easy for business stakeholders to understand.
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation for processes, datasets, dashboards, and analytical work within the area of responsibility.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related analytical field.
- Strong practical knowledge of SQL for extracting, processing, transforming, and analyzing data.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and the ability to create clear, informative, and business-oriented data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of statistics and practical experience applying statistical methods to A/B testing and experimentation.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and performance issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to analytical work and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, web analysts, marketing teams, and other business stakeholders.
