We are looking for a creative, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our UKI team and maximize the phenomenal market opportunity within the Utilities sector. Your mission will be to grow a select group of our most strategic enterprise accounts. Experience selling into the Utilities industry and managing large, complex, multi-national accounts is essential. Reporting to the Director of Telco and Utilities (UKI), you will bring an informed, compelling point of view on Data, Analytics, and AI to guide your strategy and deliver exceptional customer value alongside our internal teams and partner ecosystem.
The Impact You Will Have
- Drive Revenue & Growth: Co-develop a strategic business plan with your team and partners to exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals across a focused set of enterprise accounts.
- Identify High-Value Use Cases: Lead customers, partners, and internal teams to uncover impactful Data and AI use cases while proving out their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Execute Transformation Strategies: Implement customer data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, well-scoped professional services, training, and targeted C-level engagement.
- Build Technical Trust: Master technical product details and roadmap developments to cultivate credibility with both line-of-business executives and technical champions.

- Utilities & Enterprise Expertise: Proven experience driving complex sales campaigns and building deep relationships within major Utilities accounts and global enterprises.
- Domain Knowledge: Extensive background selling within the Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
