’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well‑being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
- Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
- Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
- Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
- Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud
- Fluency in English
- Customer Service
