As Field Marketing Manager for France, the Middle East & Africa (initial focus on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Africa), you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and business growth across the region. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative field marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, convert them into opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.

This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Management, and other field teams. You will work alongside the Principal Marketing Manager, Southern Europe, and will initially report to the Director of EMEA Field Marketing.

The impact you will have:

  • Build the territory strategy in the Middle East with sales stakeholders to support regional business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of regional field marketing programs and events in the Middle East, Africa, and France, both physical and virtual, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement as well as a strong follow-up to maximize pipeline growth. This includes onsite execution with occasional multi-day travel.
  • Build data-driven and integrated marketing plans in close alignment with corporate and EMEA marketing to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
  • Evaluate and execute the most effective partner and third party event co-marketing opportunities.
  • Effectively manage budgets and evaluate the ROI of all campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Generate qualified leads through innovative and cost-effective marketing strategies, driving pipeline growth, consumption, and revenue.
  • Leverage data to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies, ensuring sustained business growth and program optimization.
  • Establish strong communication channels with sales and regional teams to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns tailored to the region.

  • Proven experience in managing field marketing events, including proprietary, third-party, and virtual events, with a track record of successful execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible business results through strategic marketing programs.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise software environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and optimize data-driven marketing plans, consistently meeting KPIs within budget and tight deadlines.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on execution and delivery.
  • Fluent in English and French, Arabic is a plus.
