- Klaviyo is seeking a Product Specialist, Customer Agent to accelerate growth of our Customer Agent product within K:Service
- This is a dedicated, revenue-focused specialist seller role designed to drive pipeline generation, increase close rates, and work closely to support both internal Klaviyo sellers and partners on Customer Agent opportunities
- This role is not a technical overlay or solutions architect position
- Instead, it is a focused commercial specialist who partners closely with Account Executives, Product, and Solutions teams to create near-term revenue impact and drive Customer Agent adoption across segments
- The Product Specialist will report directly to the Segment Director and will be deployed strategically across:
- Pipeline generation initiatives
- High-priority in-flight pursuits
- Strategic partnership opportunities
- Upmarket expansion motions

- Revenue Acceleration & Pipeline Generation
- Own dedicated pipeline generation efforts for Customer Agent within assigned segment

- Deal Support & Conversion

- Drive urgency and executive alignment in late-stage pursuits
- Strategic Partnership Activation
- Partner with leadership to activate RCS / Google partnership opportunities
