Our partner is looking for an Amazon Brand Manager (Eastern Europe) based in United Kingdom.
As an Amazon Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of brand performance and growth across the Amazon marketplace, with a focus on Eastern European markets.
You’ll combine commercial strategy, data analysis, marketplace expertise, and creative thinking to increase sales, improve conversion, and control costs.
The role gives you responsibility for the day-to-day performance of products, from pricing and promotions to PPC, content, and SKU optimization.

- Accountabilities
- Analyze Amazon performance data, metrics, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend effective strategies.
- Manage brands and products on a day-to-day basis, monitoring sales performance, rankings, best-seller indicators, customer demographics, market trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
- Develop and implement strategies designed to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and reduce costs across the product portfolio.
- Optimize key growth levers including pricing, PPC campaigns, coupons, deals, customer communications, creative assets, and SKU strategy.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering product performance, KPIs, and P&L, working closely with internal teams to maintain reliable financial visibility.
- Track core KPIs on a weekly basis and proactively diagnose performance changes, identifying corrective actions quickly and accurately.
- Monitor the broader Amazon ecosystem, including competitor activity, industry developments, marketplace trends, and changes to Amazon policies and rules.
- Identify potential issues before they become significant problems and elevate risks or operational challenges promptly when required.
- Challenge existing data and assumptions when necessary, ensuring management receives clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Partner with internal teams to develop marketplace strategies, share learnings, communicate successes and failures, and stay current with evolving Amazon best practices.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, P&L management, marketing, or an analytical business function, preferably within a startup or other fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally with hands-on experience managing brands or products within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Strong analytical ability, with a proven capacity to work through complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, draw conclusions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence working with performance data, reporting, and financial metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple products, reports, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively under aggressive deadlines and in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment where priorities can change quickly.
