About the Team
Our EMEA Sales team helps organizations see clearly what's working in their products and turn that into faster, smarter decisions. We're growing our enterprise footprint across key EMEA markets by bringing on people who know how to build trust with customers and close complex deals.
About the Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to grow Mixpanel's enterprise presence across key EMEA markets. You'll own your territory end-to-end — prospecting, running full sales cycles, and closing new business across mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll work closely with GTM leadership, sharing what's working with your accounts to help sharpen the regional approach, and you'll partner cross-functionally to position Mixpanel as a trusted analytics partner in the market. This role suits someone who moves comfortably through ambiguity, builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders, and is energized by owning a number.
Responsibilities
- Own a strategic enterprise sales plan for your territory, aligned to market opportunity and Mixpanel's product strengths
- Drive outbound prospecting and convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Run full sales cycles — from discovery to close — building tailored, ROI-based proposals
- Build and maintain an accurate, well-qualified pipeline and forecast
- Build consultative relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as a trusted advisor: understand what your customers are trying to solve and connect it to Mixpanel's value
- Represent Mixpanel at industry events and regional forums
- Track the competitive landscape and clearly position Mixpanel's differentiation within the partner ecosystem
- Share what's working with GTM leadership to help shape the regional sales strategy
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A track record of success in SaaS sales, including managing complex sales cycles with large organizations
- Skill at building pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account planning
- The ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience selling to both high-growth tech companies and established enterprises
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or similar
- A collaborative, high-integrity, customer-first approach to the work
- Strong self-direction, with clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to meet prospective clients (~10%)
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adjusting approach as markets and deals shift
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling data, analytics, business intelligence, or martech solutions
- A network or track record in the broader tech ecosystem (hyperscalers, cloud, AI)
- Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, financial services, media & entertainment, or marketplaces
- Previous success in fast-growing, scale-up environments
- Fluency in additional European languages — French, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or other Nordic languages — is a plus
Benefits and Perks
- Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
- Mental Wellness Benefit
- Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Volunteer Time Off
- Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break
