Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end booking fulfilment for flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Manage relationships with airline, hotel, and car rental suppliers.
  • Resolve booking exceptions and customer escalations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor real-time inventory availability and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Generate weekly operations reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement SOPs.
  • Coordinate with customer support and technology teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in travel operations or a similar role at an OTA or airline.
  • Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • IATA certification or equivalent travel industry accreditation.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
