- Oversee end-to-end booking fulfilment for flights, hotels, and packages.
- Manage relationships with airline, hotel, and car rental suppliers.
- Resolve booking exceptions and customer escalations in a timely manner.
- Monitor real-time inventory availability and coordinate with suppliers.
- Generate weekly operations reports and KPI dashboards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement SOPs.
- Coordinate with customer support and technology teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years in travel operations or a similar role at an OTA or airline.
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.

- IATA certification or equivalent travel industry accreditation.
