Trivet opened in 2019, founded by our two main owners, Master Sommelier Isa Bal and Michelin Star chef Jonny Lake. The restaurant is a team operation, with Isa and Jonny leading a small but dedicated troupe. We are now embarking on an exciting journey, with a new project based in Mayfair.

As Head Waiter you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation on the floor, delivering exceptional hospitality. Reporting to the floor manager, you will help to oversee the front of house team, manage customer interactions and assist with the leading and training of the Front of House team.

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
