Trivet opened in 2019, founded by our two main owners, Master Sommelier Isa Bal and Michelin Star chef Jonny Lake. The restaurant is a team operation, with Isa and Jonny leading a small but dedicated troupe. We are now embarking on an exciting journey, with a new project based in Central London. Our aim is to construct expertly created dishes that surprise and delight, whilst celebrating the diversity of culinary traditions.
