Salary: $70,000 – $82,000 + Excellent Benefits
About the Role
A prominent law firm in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting attorneys with commercial real estate transactions and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with commercial real estate closings
- Review titles and surveys
- Draft, revise, and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements, and related documents
- Prepare and organize closing documents
- Maintain and manage legal files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong experience with title and survey review
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certification preferred
