The Role
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will embody our values in all you do. You will play a key role in supporting the business to provide front line Tenant Liaison services to our contract holders. Working closely with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary regional housing team, you will be central in ensuring tenants needs are met and our communities are sustainable.
About You
A strong ethos to embed our Team Around the Tenant approach is essential, as part of this key role. You will often be the main contact between the tenant, Trivallis and external contractors and partners. We’re looking for a highly organised, resilient, creative and adaptable team player with a passion for working with people and communities. Working as part of a remote team, you will be required to manage key relationships with our tenants to best support them and the business in planned major works, decants and helping the business to meet its Health & Safety obligations as a landlord. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to deliver front line services in a collaborative and strengths-based approach. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both tenants, Trivalis colleagues, external contractors and key partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, along with Dynamics is preferred. A flexible and proactive approach to work is key, along with a professional, polite manner.
