The Role
As a SAFE Support Worker you will deliver high quality customer focused housing related support services, to people living in their own homes, within the Taff area of RCT.
You will case manage and deliver targeted interventions with service users to achieve greater independence, reduce tenancy failure, maintain dignity and respect, promote healthy living and social inclusion.
Housing experience is not essential; however, you will have experience of visiting and / or working with people in their own homes.
About You
We\\\โre looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with a commitment to supporting and enabling people to live independently and sustain their homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both customers and the workforce, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.
You will have a flexible approach to your work and hold a full clean driving license, business insurance and access to your own car to use within the role.
