What You’ll Do

As a SAFE Support Worker you will deliver high quality, customer‑focused housing‑related support services to people living in their own homes within the Taff area of RCT. You will case‑manage and deliver targeted interventions with service users to achieve greater independence, reduce tenancy failure, maintain dignity and respect, promote healthy living and social inclusion. Housing experience is not essential; however, experience of visiting and/or working with people in their own homes is required.
