The Role

As a Lettings Administrator you’ll play a key role in supporting the Lettings Team to deliver an efficient end‑to‑end lettings and voids service. You’ll help ensure that homes are advertised accurately, allocated in a timely way, and managed effectively throughout the voids and lettings process. You’ll maintain accurate records and systems, coordinate essential lettings tasks, and communicate clearly with applicants, tenants, colleagues and partners. You’ll also help keep the process moving by monitoring deadlines, chasing updates, and escalating any issues that could affect turnaround times.
