We are currently seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the management and upkeep of content across Triumph Motorcycles’ global websites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our online presence reflects current products, campaigns, and marketing priorities.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the digital team to update pages, support product and campaign launches, and ensure high‑quality, consistent content across all markets. You’ll also assist with CRO activities, implementing tests and reviewing data to improve user journeys and key conversion points. This is a one‑year fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and update content across Triumph’s global websites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with products, campaigns, and marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with the digital team to deliver consistent, high‑quality content across all markets.
- Support web page updates and the rollout of product and campaign launches.
- Maintain strong content quality, presentation, and user experience.
- Assist with CRO activities, including implementing tests, analysing performance data, and making improvements to boost user journeys and conversions.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience supporting website content updates, page builds, and ongoing maintenance within a CMS environment.
- Understanding of how content structure, layout, and messaging influence user engagement and website performance.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation principles.
- Awareness of SEO best practices.
- Comfortable reviewing website performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, or similar platforms to support content improvements.
- Experience supporting website testing initiatives and assisting with the implementation of improvements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A high level of accuracy when working with website content.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Able to respond positively to changing priorities and identify practical solutions to day-to-day challenges.
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working with content that supports multiple markets and understanding the importance of consistency across global websites.
- Maths and English GCSE grade C / 4 or above.
Hours of Work: Flexible working – contract hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 1.00pm on a Friday, however there is the opportunity to take advantage of flexible hours and start between 7.00am – 9.00am Monday to Friday and finish between 4.00pm – 6.00pm Monday to Thursday (12.00pm – 2.00pm on a Friday).
