We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UKs largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. This is a great opportunity for an entry level role into internal recruitment within a global organisation. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Advisor,the successful candidate will be required to provide accurate generalist recruitment support to the Company in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Working with stakeholders across all functions of Head Office, you will be required to assist with supporting the immediate resourcing strategy and full recruitment process by following best practice recruitment.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable with systems, as you will be responsible for the full administrative process of end to end recruitment, including owning and managing the recruitment inbox. You will have the ability to work at pace, to use your own initiative and be pro-active. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, someone who is helpful with a positive outlook, who is willing to learn and take on feedback.
